• Sensors in Aircrafts and Ships

    Sensors used in Aircrafts :

    1. Lighting detector: Used in aircraft's to detect lightning with the help of radar and satellite.

    2. Weather System: It's important for aircraft flying at night or in instrument meteorological conditions, where it is not possible to see the weather ahead.

3.Sonar: Dipping sonar fitted to a range of military helicopters allows the helicopter to Protect shipping assets from threats .

4 Ground Proximity warning system : To help avoid controlled flight into terrain, aircraft use proximity sensor.

    5. Collision avoidance Sensors : it can detect the location of nearby aircraft and provide instruction of avoiding collision.

    Use of sensors in Ships:

    1. Level sensor : level sensors detect the level of liquid and other fluid and fluidized solids including slurring, granular materials.

    2. Pneumatic sensor: These sensors are used where hazardous condition exist.

    3. Conductive level sensor: conductive level sensor are idea for the point level detection of a wide range of conductive liquids.

    4. Ultrasonic : ultrasonic sensor are used for non contact level sensor of highly viscous liquids, as well as bulk solids.

    5. Optical sensor : Optical sensor are used for point level sensing of sediments, liquids, with suspended solid and liquid liquid interfaces.
